Scanlon AssociatesSoftware the works. Support that really helps.

Our Hard-Working Staff

David Goncalves (pronounced gon SAL vess) is our dedicated General Manager. He coordinates all staff activities and priorities. Dave is multi-talented. Before becoming GM, he was our lead programmer and primarily responsible for the development of the DrugPak Software Suite. He is also the primary author of all our manuals and on-line documentation. His screen designs are the foundation for all our Windows-based products. Dave is pictured here in a cool, but candid pose with his son Alex. Write to Dave directly at david@scanlonassociates.com.

Melissa Yarnell is our Office Manager. Melissa has been with Scanlon Associates longer than anyone else--since February of 1988! Melissa is the glue that holds our organization together, supporting nearly every operation that takes place. Among other duties, she duplicates and ships all CD demos, programs, and updates. When you register your software or have a question about accounting matters, you will probably speak to Melissa. Next to her duties at Scanlon Associates (of course) the most important things in Melissa's life are her son Jason and husband Richard! Her e-mail address is melissa@scanlonassociates.com.

Eric Beers is our Implementation Specialist. When you are installing a new system, odds are that he will be the person with your orientation information. His job is to get all the details of your situation, offer whatever assistance and solutions he can, and get you on track as quickly as possible. Eric also conducts our training classes and goes to customer sites for customized implementation and training. Eric's e-mail address is eric@scanlonassociates.com.

Barry Stains is now working at our Support/Help Desk. Barry comes to SA with 13 years programming experience in the Vital Records industry. Before coming to Scanlon Associates, he was responsible for designing, developing, training, and supporting software in both DOS and Windows environments. His hobbies include spending time with his daughter, fishing, hunting, and working out. He also has a canine interest: he is a member of a Siberian Husky rescue organization. His e-mail address is barry@scanlonassociates.com.

John Wasson is another of our staff who juggles a number of tasks. He handles the sales functions for the DrugPak Software Suite. John is usually the first person to introduce a new client to our software and initially guide them through the basic operation. John devotes his time to marketing and sales activities. He is also responsible for creating our CD interface program. Write to him directly at john@scanlonassociates.com.

David Kilmer has been programming computers since he was twelve, when he first fell in love with the elegance and simplicity of the Z-80 microprocessor instruction set. His first professional stint as a programmer was at Scanlon Associates in the early nineties, and after writing code for such corporate behemoths as Enron, he's returned to lend his vast experience, algorithmic wizardry and impeccable fashion sense to the DrugPak product line. When he's not hacking away at the keyboard, David enjoys sleeping, pretentious literature and writing about himself in third person. His e-mail address is davidk@scanlonassociates.com.

Doug McKown wears many hats. He writes DrugPak software documentation and tests the latest releases of DrugPak; he also maintains our website and spends time at the support desk. His experience includes desktop and network support and graphic design. His e-mail address is doug@scanlonassociates.com.

Charles Crust comes to Scanlon Associates with 9 years experience in the IT field, and has recently been banished to the Scanlon Technical Support dungeon. Don't let him kid you though, he enjoys it immensely. He is an avid muscle car enthusiast and when asked what he would be doing if he weren't imprisoned by Scanlon Associates, he replies "I used to be a rock star, I'd probably go on tour again." His e-mail address is charles@scanlonassociates.com.

Ben Salinas Ben is the newest member of the Scanlon Associates team. After spending several years as an Intelligence Operative for the US Air Force, Ben moved on to web design, PERL programming, and Oracle Database Administration. When Ben isn't hunched over a support desk or doing Snickers runs for the Support Team, he enjoys his 'evening job' as a professional magical entertainer for large companies and universities. Even though Ben can levitate, feel free to give him a little flack. He is the new guy after all. His e-mail address is ben@scanlonassociates.com.

Stan Scanlon is our Fearless Leader! Like every small business owner he works hard and does a little of everything. It seems he mostly worries a lot! Stan founded Scanlon Associates in 1981. This makes him think he's something like our boss, so he occasionally suggests different things to keep us busy. He says our organization has had its ups and downs through the years, but the future has never looked brighter thanks to a great staff that produces and supports great software. He can be reached at stan@scanlonassociates.com.
