Our Hard-Working Staff
David Goncalves is DrugPak's General Manager. He has been the chief architect of the DrugPak Software suite since 1994. David was honored to be a speaker at DATIA's annual conference, and has been published in Delphi Developer magazine. David reduces his carbon footprint by relying on a 2007 Yamaha Virago for his daily commute.
Rich Bugden is DrugPak's Support Department Manager. Making sure that all of the t's get crossed and the i's get dotted, Rich is in charge of ensuring that prompt and helpful support is available to DrugPak users. When he's done his day of keeping our office in working order, Rich is a little league baseball coach, an avid golfer and plays the guitar.
Eric
Beers is DrugPak's Implementation Specialist.
When you are installing a new system, odds are that he will
be the person that helps get you started. His job is to get
all the details of your situation, offer whatever assistance
and solutions he can, and get you on track as quickly as possible.
Eric also conducts our training classes and goes to customer
sites for customized implementation and training. He enjoys
gardening, skiing, playing whatever musical instrument he can
get his hands on and playing video games with his son.
Ben Salinas is part of DrugPak's Support Staff. After spending several years as an Intelligence Operative for the US Air Force, Ben moved on to web design, PERL programming, and Oracle Database Administration. When Ben isn't hunched over a support desk or doing Snickers runs for the Support Team, he enjoys his 'evening job' as a professional magical entertainer for large companies and universities. For his next trick, Ben will make your problems disappear.
David Kilmer is DrugPak's Senior Software Developer. He telecommutes from his office in Rochester, NY, where he is assisted by a staff of small mammals. He is not the same David Kilmer that worked for the NSA during the Reagan administration.
Stan Scanlon is the founder of Scanlon Associates, the original developer of the DrugPak Software Suite. Now serving as a consultant to DrugPak, LLC, Stan is an honored member of our team! You will often find Stan at our booth at a trade show, and intrepid travelers may run into him at any number of ports of call around the globe.
