Our designs use industry-standard dBase IV file formats. This allows many other standard software packages to read or import data from our systems. This feature lets you create customized interfaces to our software as well. Users can import data from their current software into any of our packages (a local programming professional is good for this purpose). While we supply a run-time version that prints our popular predefined reports, you can purchase the full package to create your own reports from our database tables. With Crystal Reports it's also easy to enhance any of the pre-defined reports. Add letterhead designs, logos, and scanned signatures to completely customize any reporting task you may have.

Every report is sent to the display for preview before printing. With these report previews, each page can be browsed or selected for printing. Producing hard copy of any report displayed is completely optional. The user can limit printing to any page or range of pages. Any number of reports can be generated to the screen for simultaneous comparison. Every report can be formatted with a variety of options--even the predefined reports! Each option is remembered by the system to easily reproduce identical report formats on a regular basis.
